Interiors feature dark timber floors, warm stone, and black accents for a refined modern aesthetic, while bathrooms showcase marble, porcelain, and skylights. Externally, clean lines combine with metal, concrete, timber, and perforated white brick, softened by curved glass windows that frame the ocean outlook.
