Located in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, Whitehall Residence sits on ten acres of rural land, hidden until arrival. Positioned on a slope to capture sea views, it integrates a stone wall that creates two levels: a pool below and terraces above. Composed of rectilinear pavilions, the design separates living areas for different family groups. The master suite connects to the main living room via a glazed walkway overlooking the pool, while a lower level houses wellness facilities. Unlike urban homes, this rural residence emphasizes landscape integration and adapts to the unique rhythms of country living.
