Our valued clients, with whom we've established a trusted relationship, embarked on creating their forever home within the heart of Merivale, On a steep Sumner site, this compact four-bedroom home demonstrates how prefabricated modules can deliver architectural richness. A pair of picture-frame windows look to the valley and sea, while sloped ceilings add volume to efficient interiors. Oak, quartzite and whitewashed ply create warmth and order. Winner of the NZIA Canterbury Housing Award 2023, the jury praised its ability to “service the needs of a family of five while affording a low-energy, low-maintenance, high-delight life.”
