Project profile
From the outset, it was clear that our client’s vision for their new home, Lake Wendouree House, was one that had environmentally sustainable design principles – specifically Passive House (Passiv Haus) standards at it’s core. This was a tree change of sorts for this young family who after many years spent in Melbourne’s inner East, decided to return to their home town and with it a different philosophy on how they wanted to live and work.
