Located on Sydney’s north shore, Rosherville House retains the bold identity of its 1980s brick-and-tile pavilion while introducing precise spatial changes and a warm, tactile palette. Interiors gain improved zoning, privacy, thermal performance and seamless garden connections. Travertine, clay tiles, cedar panelling and grass-cloth unify formerly bland rooms, while thoughtful thresholds, crafted detailing and lighting bring depth, structure and atmosphere. Subtle yet decisive interventions transform both space and experience, allowing the house to embrace its site and character anew.
